B 250 Lesson 10 Weekly Reflection

Happy Thanksgiving!

This week was landing pages and SEO. I’m only so certain how to incorporate better keywords into my site text, since my site is sort of someone else’s blog (i.e. the intended main author is someone else).

I did look at two good blogs by other people, and I noticed both of them had small blurbs about the author on the home page, either in the sidebar or the footer. I imagine these would act as SEO anchors while the rest of the text on the page (blog content) would rotate over time.

I also found that WordPress sites have no meta descriptions by default, but there are plugins that can fix that.
