Make the swim that few inmates ever could. this race will include a swim to Alcatraz Island, former home of California's famous maximum-security prison and the nefarious inmates who did time on "The Rock".

The Prison-to-Prison Historic Triathlon begins and ends at California's San Quentin State Prison, which is Alcatraz's heir as the maximum-security prison of the San Fransisco Bay.

Meet the Challenge

Can you handle punishment of a 16-mile run across the Golden Gate Bridge, 3-mile swim to Alcatraz, and 25-mile bike route around the San Fransisco Bay to San Quentin State Prison? That's 44 miles in all.
